The Omnific are taking you into the outer atmosphere today with their gorgeous, galactic video for single ‘Erin’. Last month, The Omnific released the single ‘Erin’ – and the track was immediately embraced. A playlist add to the international Spotify playlist ‘Instrumental Madness’, Radio play on triple j, rotation on The Faction and Louder Sound/Prog featured the new song. Now they return to the fold with this new video.
Toby Peterson-Stewart, one half of the 2-bass section of the band, said that this videoclip wasn’t too strenuous to film. “We did this in one take during the day, then an uber dropped off a hsp in the middle of the farm. Was lit AF.”
November 2018 will see The Omnific and Osaka Punch touring together in what is a preview of what to expect on the might COG’s Drawn Together tour in 2019. Both acts are touring with COG in February and March 2019 around Australia. November sees the two creative and complex prog artists in Melbourne at The Evelyn on the 10th, Brisbane at The Zoo on the 16th and the Sunshine Coast’s SolBar on the 17th. Joining the two bands on the shows will be Terrestrials & Slow Talk (Melbourne), Sum of Us (Brisbane) and Muules (Sunshine Coast).
