As the masterminds behind Splendour in the Grass and Falls Festival, the team at Secret Sounds know a thing or two about putting on a killer party. Given SXSW is generally acknowledged as the mother of all parties, it’s fitting that these forces will come together once again in 2018 for another boozy, flame-grilled shindig showcase.

Going down at Sidewinder on the 14th March from 12pm to 6pm, Secret Sounds will present a cracking line-up of local and international buzz artists ready to strut their stuff.

Headlined by recent triple j Hottest 100 kings Gang of Youths and Irish balladeer Dermot Kennedy, the two stage event will also play host to Californian hip-hop maestro DUCKWRTH, hair- raising indie rockers Starcrawler, triple j Unearthed hype queen G Flip, honest-to-goodness superstar Stella Donnelly, Manchester legends Pale Waves, Paranoia folkster Liza Anne, BBC’s Sound of 2018 finalist Nilüfer Yanya, Pharrell’s best buddy Buddy and quixotic pop upstarts Ider.

A line-up so hot it begs the question: why bother roaming the streets of Austin in search of the next big thing when they’ll all be right here in one convenient hoe-down.
