All existing tickets are valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the new date, please send us a refund request to tickets@lunaparksydney.com. Include your transaction number and the ticketing account name and we can process a refund to the account on which the transaction was paid. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of your request. We will email you once your refund is complete. All refund requests need to be sent before the cutoff date of 24 September 2018.Email tickets@lunaparksydney.com or call the Box Office on 02 9033 7600 between 9.00 AM and 5.00 PM daily should you require further assistance. There’s no need to fret! All existing tickets are automatically valid for the new date! All you need to do is show up on Saturday 19th January 2019 with your existing ticket(s), and you’re set.If you can’t make it to the new date, please click here to submit an enquiry through our website no later than 24th September 2018. Please include “Bastille Rescheduled Refund” as the subject of the enquiry. One of our friendly customer service agents will then be in contact with you following this deadline to process your refund.
If you stopped into one of our Ticketmaster outlets to buy your tickets, you’ll need to swing by one more time with the tickets and credit card used to make the booking. The outlet staff will help you with your refund.
Please note, only the Ticketmaster account holder who purchased the ticket(s) can seek a refund via the methods outlined above. If you received your ticket(s) any other way, including via “Ticket Forward”, you will need to contact the original ticket buyer for your refund.
